Experience

Phindile has eight years of Finance and corporate governance experience obtained at Deloitte, Standard Bank and ABSA. Her focus areas were Financial Management & Reporting, Budgeting & Forecasting, Profitability & Performance Analysis, Auditing - Corporate governance & Internal Control, Risk Assessment & Management and Corporate Taxation.

 

FULL TIME STAFF COMPLIMENTS

We have full time employees who service different clients; Accountants and bookkeepers that interacts with SMME`s on a day to day basis. Teams are selected based on clients needs, that is, we have a team that currently servicing Incubators and their SMME's and another team that is looking after schools, crèche and other NPO.

Position: Trainee Accountant
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Kwa-Zulu Natal.
Position: Bookkeeper
She holds a Diploma in Cost and Management Accounting obtained from Durban University of Technology (DUT) and a B Tech in Taxation also from DUT.

Lwandle has access to a pool of experts in all aspects of business development, which are available when needed, the team includes; corporate lawyers, labour lawyer, HR representatives, sales representatives, marketers, chartered accountants, graphic designers, image consultants, tax consultant, environmental health inspector, IT specialist, just to mention a few. Lwandle has consulted with all these professionals and service level agreements are being prepared.
